Terrible follow up with purchase We purchased a 2018Honda Clarity with 9,000 miles on it. The sale took way too long. JJ was fine but once he got us to sign this Sales Agreement he We purchased a 2018Honda Clarity with 9,000 miles on it. The sale took way too long. JJ was fine but once he got us to sign this Sales Agreement he disappeared. We sat for hours waiting to complete the paperwork. As we were paying cash there was no reason to wait but the managers just kept telling us...a few more minutes. It wasn’t until we were walking out the door and giving up they finally got it together. JJ delivered the car and picked up our trade. He was supposed to bring copies of all the paperwork we signed. He did not and only gave us one set of keys. He was over 2 hours late. I made 8 calls requesting paperwork and a second set of keys. It was only afterIposted our experience on line that some of the paperwork was delivered by email. I asked for but never got a copy of the CarFax report, which we signed. I need that as it will show Service records for the car. As it is now weeks later...no keys, no communication...I would not do business with this dealer again and will not recommend them More

Dealership is great when you first buy a vehicle. If you buy a used vehicle they throw in all these extra perks that they never honor. Such as tires for life. They are very strict on the tread rule regardle buy a used vehicle they throw in all these extra perks that they never honor. Such as tires for life. I mean it’s pretty ridiculous that they refuse to replace the tires that they promise you in writing if the tread isn’t a a dangerously low level. For me they replaced two and told me the next two would be replaced when I came back. Well I came back and they continued to refuse the replacement. I mean think the situation through. You’re going to be doing them eventually it’s not like you’re going to loose money since they’re going to get done anyways. So long story short don’t let them win you over with these extra perks that they never fulfill. If you can’t tell. This Review is about how they don’t honor their little extra perks and promises. Also. Don’t put a manager in a management position if they can’t move pieces around to keep customers happy and if they have zero customer service skills More
