I am taking a moment to let everyone at Mark Kia, Kia Corporate and whoever else is interested, how impressed and thankful I am for their commitment to excellence. I’m 52 years old, have worked at many jobs over my years, a jack of all trades, and master of none of them so to speak. I have sold cars for a short period of time and have been a valet at a dealership so I do know and understand the ins/outs of a dealership and the car industry. I say this to tell those reading this that in ALL my years and all my dealings with products, service, and sales I have NEVER been more impressed and or satisfied with a purchase. The people, the product, and the service have all been EXCEPTIONAL. Exceeding any expectation that one could have about a dealership and business for that matter. Your people are amazing, kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and proud to represent Mark Kia. They (Dakota Stens, Jasmine Ramirez, Brandy Delaney and Shelby Bayne) have been absolutely amazing. I have experienced and witnessed their willingness to serve Mark Kia customers in a way that is not very common at all in today’s world. I felt important, that they actually cared about me and my vehicle, and they went out of their way to accommodate me, making my experience exceptional every time I come to Mark Kia. Please know that each of these individuals has been exceptional EVERY interaction, from an inquiring phone call to informing me about my beautiful Kia Optima (I call her Stella) and what is going on with her and how to best maintain her. The product is amazing as well. I have owned three Honda’s, and a Toyota, both quality products, but have to say out of all of those fine cars my Kia (Stella) is my favorite. It’s beautiful looks, combined with the 100,000 miles and 10-year warranty has proven to be an awesome feature. Thank you, Mark Kia, Dakota, Jasmine, Shelby and Brandy, for making this purchase the best one of my life. Thank you for treating me as a valued individual and treating me with kindness and respect. Poor customer service in service dept. We received our car back dirty inside, with handprints all over the dash and touchscreen, which I find unacceptable, especially now with Covid -19. The mechanics fixed the problem with assistance from Kia engineers and so far it's still running well. They had the car for just under 2 weeks. But during the process of repair, we (almost) always had to call them for a status update or they would say they would call back but didn't.. I contacted a Service manager and the GM of this dealership the day we got the car back to express these issues with them and I have never received a response. It's been a month now. I have never received such subpar customer service at any Kia dealership in the Valley. I will never waste my time or money here again. More

Dakota met me at the dropoff, got me a Lyft and got me back home quickly. He kept me informed and got the requested work completed quickly. He got me a Lyft back and had the car waiting for me. Negligent and dismissive bad repair work I initially paid $140 for an inspection fee when my fuel gauge stopped working. It was estimated to be $750 so I scheduled the repair for a later date I initially paid $140 for an inspection fee when my fuel gauge stopped working. It was estimated to be $750 so I scheduled the repair for a later date. When the time of my initial appointment came, I was promised the repair would only take half a day and I could have my car back ASAP. The day went by and I was informed that no repair work had been done because the part that got delivered was incorrect and they had already disassembled my car before checking that the correct replacement part was in stock, so I would be without a car until the new part would arrive 4 days later. I finally get my car back and I'm charged the incorrect amount. The $140 inspection fee was supposed to be discounted and I was charged something in between the discounted rate and the full rate. THE VERY NEXT DAY my car stopped running in the middle of the road. I called Jasmine asking for a tow truck and she assured me that help was on the way. TWO HOURS go by and I hear nothing from any tow trucks or from Jasmine. I call her back and she informs me that there was no driver anywhere within 3 hours of my location. She then proceeds to send the lot guy over to tow my car. I finally get my car taken back to the dealership and I am out of a car for another 3 days. When I get my car back for the second time, I am told that the only thing that's been accomplished in 3 days is having a tech fill my car up with gas and drive it around. They said the break down was due to a misread in the new fuel tank assembly and they assure me I won't ever have any problems with the fuel tank again. THREE WEEKS LATER my car stops in the middle of the road AGAIN. This time it's leaking gas everywhere so I get my car towed back home (NOT by the dealership) and my mechanic friend takes a look at it. He notices that the main fuel line has been disconnected due to a faulty fitting. My friend fixes my car in 5 minutes. I call Jasmine to inform her of this issue and I tell her I feel unsafe driving my car. She tells me "I'll have a manager contact you" and she hangs up on me and I never heard from her again. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for almost a month and even the manager refuses to talk to me and won't make time for me. I understand a mistake being made in the repair but the terrible customer service was my breaking point. Throughout my entire experience at this dealership with Jasmine I have been disregarded and forgotten about. As a young female car owner this is especially disappointing coming from Jasmine. More
