We especially had a good experience with our sales rep named Carlos Carter and the finance person we had, which we don't remember his name. Carlos was very helpful in answering all our questions and we really enjoyed his sense of humor and all his efforts in helping us. We would rate Carlos and the finance person with all 5 stars. We also appreciated that the finance person didn't try to sell us a bunch of added insurance and additional warranties on our new vehicle. Just purchased a new CX-9 and I will say the experience was well above average. The car was priced fairly, however like most dealers these days, they add on a pack that is priced quite high for what you g was well above average. What made the transaction very enjoyable was our sales person, Carlos Carter. Very pleasant and no pressure at all.
