General Sales Manager Blake Mahaffey's experience and passion help drive a committed sales team to deliver an unparalleled experience. From the moment I walked in the (beautiful and brand new) store, Blake stepped away from his desk to greet me and made me feel right at home. The vehicle I chose was a 2021 CX-5 Turbo Carbon Edition- great torque, sharp handling, and very solid German-esque build quality. Salesman Eddie Garcia did a world class job of transferring his passion for Mazda through humor and knowledge. When it came to pricing, the team was also great about listening to where I wanted to be, and made it clear they wanted to earn my business. I've been to other dealerships with other people and definitely experienced pushy salesmen and shady ones and others who just ignore everything you say cause they just want to make a sale, but this was definitely experienced pushy salesmen and shady ones and others who just ignore everything you say cause they just want to make a sale, but this was my first time at a dealership for myself and it was NOTHING like those other experiences. Brandon Endrizzi was my point of contact and he was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped me find the best deal for a 2021 Mazda6. He wasn't pushy or condescending like other salesmen have been, even my gf who was with me was shocked by how friendly and helpful everyone was and how seamless the transaction was going. It was literally the easiest, fastest, and least stressful experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Also, the finance guy, Kevin Veliz, was super helpful and superrr nice and cool! He explained everything and answered every question we had. These two made the customer service at Mark Mazda @ Scottsdale the best - they have no competition. More

I would not have bought my car if it weren't for our salesman, Jerry! When we arrived for a test drive, the car wasn't even relatively clean even though we scheduled a few days in advance. There was som salesman, Jerry! When we arrived for a test drive, the car wasn't even relatively clean even though we scheduled a few days in advance. There was some sort of goop on the console, dirt through the entire vehicle, remnants of the previous driver in all the storage compartments and it stank so bad it gave me a headache while we took it for a ride. Regardless, we liked the car, the price was good and Jerry assured us that it would be taken care of. There were some issues in the paint. Sap drops had eaten through to the metal and it was strategically covered up with a similar color of the car. Thankfully, it wasn't the same color so we were able to notice it and addressed a re-painting in order to make the sale. (Subsequently, there is a long drip from the repainting that runs down the side door.) When we finally got the car (a week later) it looked great but I still had to do some minor cleaning on the interior and was grateful I didn't have to pay for such shoddy detailing. Overall, I felt there was zero communication within the dealership, having been contacted by a few salesman but unable to respond (email communication doesn't go through) and truly felt they didn't want to sell this car (or maybe even any car?) considering the horrid condition it was in when I test drove it. The only motivated member of the Mark Mazda team that I experienced was Jerry. Everyone else and all the departments that were relevant seemed like they set a low standard of care. More
