Cody, I appreciate the message and your effort, but I'm genuinely more interested in taking my business elsewhere for future service and parts. The reason why I felt compelled to leave a review was because I felt as if my time and business weren't valued by Kurt Moyer. I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle I wanted and spent time on the phone from California with Mr. Moyer to ensure that the vehicle I was holding was the correct one. Everything changed once I walked onto that salesroom floor. It was a complete joke. Kurt didn't even honor my appointment with me. He pushed me off to someone else. I understand that sales can be a busy process, but he should have had the professional courtesy to contact me ahead of time and reschedule. At the time, I was new to the SLC area and getting moved into my condo. Couple that with the added stress of buying a car and you can clearly understand why I was frustrated. To top it off, Kurt couldn't even call me himself. The general sales manager, Roger (i think that was his name), called me. Shows a lack of accountability and I don't think I can do future business with a dealership that doesn't hold it's managers accountable. So with all due respect, I will leave my review on DealerRater and I appreciate you taking the time to read my response.
