No pressure I really liked working with Paul. I went to another dealer first and did not appreciate their take it or leave it attitude. Paul listened to my needs I really liked working with Paul. I went to another dealer first and did not appreciate their take it or leave it attitude. Paul listened to my needs and I drove several cars over several visits. The other dealer told me it would take 10-12 weeks to get the cross trek I wanted. Paul located the vehicle in Ogden and brought it to salt lake without my putting down a deposit. There was never any pressure to buy that vehicle. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to get me the car I wanted almost immediately. It was a very positive experience. More

Good Service Dropped off for an oil change and some warranty work. Alex advised it was time for differential service as well so I added that to the list. The bill came in about $45 higher than the estimate. Alex was kind enough to match the invoice to the estimate. Work was done the same day minus a part that has to be ordered for warranty repair. This was my first experience with Mark Miller Subaru service and it was as good as my experience with Mark Miller Toyota service I have had over the past few years. More

First 6,000 mile service. I was greeted in a friendly manner, Jorge explained to me I would be getting an oil change, multi point inspection. I waited in a comfortable waiting room, when my car was returned to me, it was washed and vacuumed. Very pleased experience. More
