I received a nice e-mail with the information that I requested. When I went in to test drive the cars, the sales person was nice, easy going, I did not feel any pressure at all. My wife is epileptic and couldn't take the smell so I went upstairs and was looking at a turbo Forester. Brought the wife back to look and drove the Forester and Outback with all the bells and whistles, guess which on she liked...we now own a totally RAD Outback. I would and will tell everyone about Mark Miller Subaru sales and Cole Christofferson. More
Excellent experience I went in for service on my 2009 Forester, while there I asked them to do a trade in evaluation. Car buying experience - 5 star In an effort to bypass the typical sales process for a new car, I used two car buying programs to research the best price for a 2018 Outback. When I a In an effort to bypass the typical sales process for a new car, I used two car buying programs to research the best price for a 2018 Outback. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Cole Christofferson, a product specialist that would provide overall product and pricing information. Cole was very knowledgable about the car and options I wanted and was upfront on how the sales price is determined. His personality and approach was much better than any new car buying experience I've had and the price he provided was competitive with three other dealerships. The main reason I chose Mark Miller over the other two was due to the sales representative, Cole. I didn't intend to purchase the car that day but given the positive experience with Cole, I purchased the car. After I moved into the purchase mode I was introduced to Chris Fairclough in the finance area. I was expecting the heavy sales pitch for the added protections and extended warranty but was pleasantly surprised that I was just provided with the facts with no pressure to purchase. Overall it was a smooth process with no heavy sales pitch. I only hope their service department matches the service level I observed with Cole and Chris. More

The second time we came in he spent his entire afternoon helping us choose outback. After the purchase, Preston came out with me to the vehicle and helped me set up everything. great experience - will go back when we buy our second Subaru from Mark Miller Subaru. More

Easiest Car Purchase Ever We worked with Dawn Saak. I have email correspondence with her for a week before we were able to make it to the dealership and she was so helpful and We worked with Dawn Saak. I have email correspondence with her for a week before we were able to make it to the dealership and she was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. We had sent her a link to an available car we were interested in and she held it for us to look at without us specifically asking her to. We test drove an Outback and Forrester and liked them both. We ended up deciding to trade in our old Honda and buy the Outback. Dawn and everyone else was so friendly, even after I accidentally locked both Honda keys inside the car after everyone else was gone for the night. They were able to open it the next day and I was able to empty it. I would absolutely recommend them would definitely go back in the future. Thank you! More

Keith Gonzales was our finance person and he did everything in his power to get us a great interest rate and he was also upfront and honest with us. Our overall experience was 5 star plus!
