"Service Above and Beyond "

The service department went above and beyond expectations in trying to diagnose an issue with my mothers car. The issue resolved itself and my mother was charged absolutely nothing. They even delivered her car back to her home as she was recovering from surgery. I can’t thank them enough. I have done business with Marquart for years and they will have my business in the future.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to say how much I like your service personnel. I had an emergency problem with my Buick Enclave early in the morning before 8 am. My wife needs this car in the afternoon to pick up 4 grand kids. I called in and made contact with Jill Long and Justin Salvadalena. I needed to have a loaner and get the car serviced. They made certain that this happened and I had my car towed and received a loaner to take care of the grand kid situation. I got my car back the next day. They went beyond what I would expect from a dealership to make me a satisfied customer. They are just outstanding to work with. That is why I get my car serviced at Marquardt whick is 62 miles from my residence. George Caras

Bought the car 18 months ago and dealt with Dave Arenson and it was a smooth and easy experience. I left feeling that I was dealt with at a very professional level and that I received a very fair price on a 2 year old Encore. Then a few days ago I had a small problem with the radio and pulled into the dealership to see if they could take a quick look. They looked at it immediately but needed to order a part. I was there only about 20 minutes and on my way with a courtesy car and back the next day to pick up mine. Everything was fixed and the car was washed and check out took 5 minutes. Entire sales and service staff can only be described as professional, friendly and polite! If there is an employee anywhere near you they even open doors for you. SERVICE HERE IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE and I will be a long time customer!

"Beyond Great!"

Today, we picked up our new GMC Savana Van. This was the 2nd time we used Marquardt to buy a new car. As we are both new to owning and driving a van, we were initially somewhat hesitant. Well, Marquardt and Fabian took care of this and provided us with the opportunity to test drive a van over a weekend. And, as we had a lot of questions, Fabian was very responsive and helped us with whatever issue or concern we might have had. In short, Marquardt provides an excellent support to their customers and we would highly recommend anyone to pay them a visit and buy their next car with them.

"It's the little things that make a huge difference!! "

I have been looking for a newer model car with a few features which were lacking on my 2012 Buick Verano. I definitely needed a rear camera, warning lights on the rear view mirrors, I needed the car to be 'dog friendly.' I drove to Marquardt for an oil change and one of the Salesmen, Miguel Sanchez, approached me and very patiently went over the upgraded features on the 2015 Verano which I was looking at. As I was thinking of a vehicle with a higher sitting position and the 'feel' of a SUV, he offered me two test drives: one in the Encore (an overnight test trial), the other in a Denali which I drove home and back the next day without any pressure to purchase either model. I liked both of the cars I was shown; but having owned a Verano, I kept thinking perhaps I needed to test drive the newer model. It only took a drive once around the building and I was sold on it. Miguel answered many questions I had without wanting to be 'elsewhere.' Carey Lynch was present and gave me advice on leasing vs purchasing a vehicle because of my history of not wanting to maintain an aging car; and within minutes, she gave me prices to ponder! Then the leasing agent, Tim Holloway, explained the lease details in less than 10 minutes and answered a few questions that I was always curious about when leasing. There are many extra benefits besides the red licorice snack jars when you buy from this dealership. A valet service, free car washes, a specific amount of time for included 'maintenance' and 'oil changes,' and friendly, unhurried service department personnel!! Please stop in and visit this dealership! The waiting rooms on both levels are spotless and they have free sodas, TV, reading materials, and coffee!! I will definitely return to Marquardt for any further purchases and I know from experience the 'wait time' for routine work can be excessive in some dealerships. Yet, not here!! PS: Petsmart has a bucket and/or bench seat cover for your critter and the back seats in most models can be flattened for carrying a critter or a crate!!

"Went in for an oil change"

Simple as that, went in for an oil change and came home with a new car thanks to a great salesman named Tom and previous trips to their service dept who goes out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. We had previous dealings with most of the employees from Woody's in Elgin., like Carey Lynch who goes out of her way for customers. They are now in Barrington and we are thrilled.
