Amazing, My Mom had been wanting a new BUICK for a very long time. We were referred to Ray L. @Marquardt by a family member who recently purchased a new Buick My Mom had been wanting a new BUICK for a very long time. We were referred to Ray L. @Marquardt by a family member who recently purchased a new Buick. We made our appt and the moment we stepped in the door, we were warmly greeted by Ray. My Mom had her eye on both the LaCrosse and the Encore. When Ray told my Mom the LaCrosse was bigger than her car today, she took that option off the table. From there we focused on the Encore. She sat in the Encore, fell in love with it but she didn't want all the bells and whistles. Ray showed her two other Encores (that had to be white with tan interior) to look at that. My Mom made a quick decision and we easily negotiated to a price that my Mom was comfortable with. Ray treated my Mom with the utmost respect and kindness as if she was his own Mom. Pleased We were looking for a used Lexus 470 which we found online as a coming trade in at Marquardt. We had a list of dealers that we were visiting the day. We were looking for a used Lexus 470 which we found online as a coming trade in at Marquardt. We had a list of dealers that we were visiting the day. Toward the end of our day we called Marquardt to see if we could have a look at the Lexus. They said that it was literally just brought in and that they would wait for us to get there to have a look. There was something that clicked with the phone call... (Blake), that helped us make them a higher priority. We went there after the call (bypassing a closer dealer). As hoped the Lexis was there and was exactly what we were hoping it would be and made our purchase. That said--we all go through the gauntlet of buying a car--learned to dread the process... However, Blake (our salesman) was a delight. He made the sale go smoothly and worked with us. (Frank was a stick too - finance guy). I have heard (after our purchase) that Marquardt was a place that had integrity and went the extra mile. That was true to our experience there and would in the future consider them 1st stop with our next purchase. Even if it did not involve a car brand they carry. Sales people are professional... Service Above and Beyond The service department went above and beyond expectations in trying to diagnose an issue with my mothers car. We just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time! First, the dealership stands by their "FULL DISCLOSURE POLICY"; something unfortunately most dealerships do not adhere to; we were shown every detail of the quote, which Ruben and Tim took their time to explain to us. Second, the numbers we were quoted over the phone, were EXACTLY what we paid (no "oh...by the way..."). Lastly, both Ruben and Tim continue to respond to our questions on a timely basis, whether it is a phone call or email. Even after the deal was completed! We are so impressed with the high level of integrity these gentlemen displayed that there is no doubt in our minds, we are definitely coming back! Oh, did I mention....my husband used to sell cars??
