Great experience My husband and I thought we were just going to Martin Chevrolet to look at a truck we were interested in and then go to a couple other places to shop My husband and I thought we were just going to Martin Chevrolet to look at a truck we were interested in and then go to a couple other places to shop around. We weren't expecting to buy that day. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out, was a great experience. First we were greeted by several friendly employees ready to serve us. The manager, Phil, said Carlos will be showing us the vehicle we were interested in. Carlos, blew us away! So professional and personable. Explained everything in such a detailed, non pressured way. He worked with us, with what made us comfortable. He gave us different options of what worked best for us. We felt like we were with a family member and not a high pressured salesman. We ended up purchasing the truck we were interested in without having to shop around at other places. We felt so comfortable and happy with our purchase. Carlos is amazing! I called Joey (salesmen) about 1 hour and 30 mins before I arrived. I told him my problem and gave him my criteria. I got there and he had a list of vehicles. We narrowed it down frome there. We walk out of there a few hours later with the blazer we wanted. We noticed a problem and he got it taken care of immediately. He got a fix promised in writing. If he is an example of the rest of the company. Then they have a well staffed company. P.s. Joey sold us our previous truck. He went above and beyond that time as well. More
