Martin Chevy was ready for my car at the appointed time, got me checked in, did the oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was notified by text when the car was done about an hour later. I bring my Chevy to Mart got me checked in, did the oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was notified by text when the car was done about an hour later. I bring my Chevy to Martin for an oil change because the price is similar to other places, the tires get rotated, my car gets washed and I trust Martin's workmanship. More

Very disappointing. Numerous text messages and emails to remind me of an appointment but when I got there, I was informed that an ordinary oil change was gonna take an h Numerous text messages and emails to remind me of an appointment but when I got there, I was informed that an ordinary oil change was gonna take an hour and a half when an actual reality it took 2 1/2 hours. I was the one who had to talk to the service people to find out if my car was ready and big surprise. It was 15 minutes after I drove away from the dealership I got a text message saying that my car was still being worked on and it wasn't ready for pick up yet. Very disappointing. You have lost me as a customer. More

The service writer Jack kept me informed on what was going on with my car. I was informed that I might need to replace my battery soon. So I took his advice and replaced the battery. I did have other re going on with my car. I was informed that I might need to replace my battery soon. So I took his advice and replaced the battery.
