Took my car in to get a general check on everything. The service center got me an appointment, I arrived early and they took me in. At the end they gave me a comprehensive list of everything that needed The service center got me an appointment, I arrived early and they took me in. At the end they gave me a comprehensive list of everything that needed work, how much it would have cost, and I was able to drive away happy. Their customer service is always very nice and I highly recommend. More

While the actual service seems acceptable so far, the communication (sparse and not always clear), time to resolve the issue, lack of amenities (such as courtesy vehicles), explanation why the part faile communication (sparse and not always clear), time to resolve the issue, lack of amenities (such as courtesy vehicles), explanation why the part failed (later finding out that Chevy is notorious for this failure for this model year) and explanation why the replacement part will last longer than the original were not positive.
