Truck went in for an oil change , but vehicle was scratched while in service. Was notified and and really appreciate the honesty. When I got there, I was taken right away. Thought I needed a tire rotation however they let me know that was not necessary. I like the service center. Most recently however the service ran long, so I didn’t get my truck washed which is no big deal but a bit disappointing. Also signed me up for “free” 5 year service from OnStar and now I have no features at all. One reason I bought this truck was the ability to remote start which I use to have but no longer and I would never pay the types of monthly fees being asked for that should (and use to be) included.
