Really poor service and rude staff, I reached out through the Costco program and got a generic mail the next day when i asked for pricing i did not get a reply, i called a week later and left a voice mail fo the Costco program and got a generic mail the next day when i asked for pricing i did not get a reply, i called a week later and left a voice mail for a Eric who did not bother to call back and the i decided to call the dealership and then Spoke to a rude representative Christina telling me that i don't have choices due to the chip issues and i can only get what they have when i Literally met Nathan from the Lancaster Dealership to take a test drive the previous day and he was more than willing to order a color and car of my choice. I think this shortage has gone to to the Head of some sales representatives and they need to know its still a buyers market and they need to start treating their customers better More

She showed us what they had in stock and even suggested a 2021 demo that was very nice. We left, still not knowing what we wanted. We called her the next day to set up an appointment for a test drive. We ended up purchasing a 2022 CX-5 and we love it. She was great........thank you Christina. Our experience with the entire team was seamless. More
For more than a decade I serviced my Hondas at Martin. Traded the Hondas for Mazdas, and we purchased our first Mazda from Nate Milton (RIP) 2016. I took my daughter to purchase a new Mazda today. She test drove a demo and we were offered to buy the demo or the same model on the dealer’s lot. She decided to purchase the new, we sat down, talked numbers and then…. After Denise reviewed with (unknown finance person) they determined that the car was gone. In less than an hour the determined that the car was just sold. I have purchase 10 new cars in my life. I told them that it was already sold and how do you make that mistake?Terrible service! Sure they offered the demo again, but that wasn’t what she wanted. Denise apologized and I reminded her that this is Martin’s issue. No sales manager engagement or engagement from the finance manager. I have 20plus year of wealth management and finance. I will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from Martin. I am considering terminating or service engagement as well. Great service is has clients returning. The excuses were inane. I know that service is a great revenue source for dealers, and this experience will drive me back to Nucar for our third Mazda. More
