I had an appointment and dropped my truck off first thing Tuesday morning. I got a call at about 5 o’clock saying they never even looked at it and then they would need another day. Since they “fixed” it my truck has a horrible wobble and a new weird ticking sound that it didn’t have when I dropped it off so I have to bring it somewhere else. More

This sale started as a internet sale over the phone .We did most of the transactions over the phone .I went one evening and sight the paper work at that time I left the dealership with no paper work they s did most of the transactions over the phone .I went one evening and sight the paper work at that time I left the dealership with no paper work they said they would have all my copy’s when I picked up the new 2021 Gmc 2500 diesel van. They sent the van to a vendor to have shelving and roof cargo/ ladder rack installed . The sales person contacted me said I could pick it up the following Monday or Tuesday.I texted him on my way to dealership when I arrived I realized his last Day of work for Marty’s was last Friday . When I asked for my copy’s of paper work no one knew where they where .The financial guy gave me two pieces of paper I asked another sales guy he didn’t know I asked the 3 rd sales man that helped the most John after I asked for my extended warranty paper work he got me that so to this day I am not sure it I have everything or not . The vehicle was not full of fuel so I waited till he got back from gas station. The van was not washed but tires where shining. As soon as I left the dealership I jumped onto highway as soon as I got up to speed I Hurd a load humming and vibrating noise coming from roof rack . I called John from the dealership he said he would have a rep from the vendor contact me the following day . The vendor did contact me and arranged a time for me to go to his place and try to readjust the rack I chose not to have his guy pick my van up . I called the manufacturer of the roof rack and had them walk me through the adjustments that where needed . More
