I was concerned about the high cost of repair and Corey told me not to worry because he said that the repair may be covered under warranty. He said he would research the issue and call me back. In about 5 minutes, he called me back and determined the repair would be covered and it would not cost me a dime. I thank Corey immensely for researching the issue and calling me back in expeditious manner to let me know I did not have to pay for the repair. When I got there to look at a Buick Enclave they had already closed for the day, but the Manager not only answered some questions we had but also showed us the car and again did all of the paperwork whe already closed for the day, but the Manager not only answered some questions we had but also showed us the car and again did all of the paperwork when really he didn't have to do that. That and the fact that this dealer does not mark up the cars with a market adjustment which I refuse to pay. I cannot understand why anyone would want a car so badly that they actually pay the dealer to sell them one. One word of caution to all dealers that do this or did this during this time, I will remember and quite a few will never get any business from me again, I would rather reward the ones that didn't have this, what is basically a fee to sell me their car.
