Yes. One to two oil changes are complimentary depending on the year and model of your car. As for the battery, we have equipment that we use to test batteries and only go by the results the equipment shows us.

Jack had to buy/replace a Diehard battery purchased at Advance Auto this summer as your service dept said the battery was the problem. Advance Auto confirmed for the 4th time that the battery was good. Jack was caught in the middle as we need a car that is safe and starts every time. Also, I thought our oil changes were complimentary but maybe up to a certain time frame and mileage. Can you verify that information for us?

I turned in my 2015 GMC 2500 Truck on 3 Aug 22 to have the sun/moon roof repaired and the accordion trim replaced. At about 8:48 am Bo Starke called me and informed me that according to the Tech the sun/moon roof is working and to quote me a price for the accordion trim to be replaced. Then at around 9:01 am Bo Starke called me back to inform me that according to the Tech the sun/moon roof is not working and that I will have to leave the truck so he can check on the extended warranty and to have it fixed. At 3:47 pm Bo Starke called me again to inform me that he would like for me to leave the truck until the next day so he can have the Tech work on it since he was too dirty to take out the liner and that way he won’t mess up the liner as he work on it. I agreed and told Bo to call me as soon as the truck is finish with repairs. On 4 Aug, Bo called me to inform me that the sun/moon roof works but sometimes doesn’t and that someone from the manufacture warranty department informed him that sometimes that happens whenever the sun/moon rood would work when you push the button to open it and then to close it then it stops but will work later on. So that sounds like the sun/moon rood does not operate correctly so therefore it needs to be repair. Bo also inform me that the truck is ready for pick up and he stated that he is sending someone to pick me up from my home to the dealer to pick up my truck. Upon picking up my truck, I had to check to see if the sun/moon roof is working and each time I pressed the button to open it nothing happens. So I called Bo Starke to show him that the sun/roof is not working. I went from being satisfied and happy on 14 Jul 22 to sad and disappointed on 4 Aug 22. It took several minutes for Bo to decide to either leave my truck or bring it back so he can have the Tech look at it again. He also insisted that he would have someone call me to schedule a date to bring my truck back to get it worked on again. My next appointment is 10 Aug 22 @ 0945.
