When I purchased my car in June it had been told multiple times by George that the car had a few things it needed serviced including needing a new set of tires. When car was picked up I was told everything w times by George that the car had a few things it needed serviced including needing a new set of tires. When car was picked up I was told everything was good to go. After driving it I discovered that was not true. The first time I spoke to them about it I brought the car in, I sat waiting for a while before they looked at the tires and said it needed new ones. They said they would take care of it and get them ordered and sent me on my way to wait for them to come in. I reached out multiple times to check on the status and kept being told not yet. I finally came in person again and asked and was told the tires were never ordered. Finally they ordered the tires and it took a couple more days when it was finally in and done. The people in charge of servicing the cars before they are sold did not listen at all to George who had sold me my car. The tires should have been taken care of before I left with the car. More

I was surprised it took so long when I had a 7:30 AM appointment and left my car the the afternoon before. There also was a problem causing me to take it back the next morning. Car left for an oil change tire rotation transmission fluid told it would take a couple of hours 12 hours later the car was still not done and when I picked it up, the oil change had not been done nor th fluid told it would take a couple of hours 12 hours later the car was still not done and when I picked it up, the oil change had not been done nor the other service for which it was left.
