Sales process and buying process was great! !! Found an issue with the bed of the truck day one. Brought the truck in (Colorado zr2) and Service Manager took pictures of the issues (can see da !! It is two weeks later and have not heard a word back on a resolution plan. Not very happy as a customer at this time. Little over a week ago I noticed there are 5 little dings near the top of the right front fender. You can't really see them in the bright sun or during the day. I'm pretty sure they were there when I bought the truck because I haven't driven it anywhere but to a few friends houses. And I don't know how they could have gotten there. It still has less than 500 miles on it today. I haven't decided yet what I want to do about it. Besides that issue everything was great. Thank you. More

Went in with wiper problem said had to be not working so they can diagnose the problem went there with it not working at 12 pm called at 4 pm said they haven’t brought in yet left overnight couldn’t find pr they can diagnose the problem went there with it not working at 12 pm called at 4 pm said they haven’t brought in yet left overnight couldn’t find problem said disconnected battery for 15 minutes and reprogrammed did a global electrical reset today I find out gmc has a class action for windshield wipers not working this was the third time I’ve been at dealership with this problem they could have told me there is a problem and they are working on it instead of wasting my time traveling to South Carolina in two weeks hopefully I don’t hit any rain More
I scheduled my vehicle’s 7,500-mile service at Mastrovito Chevrolet after confirming with the initial service advisor that this appointment included more than just an oil change, since my oil had already bee Chevrolet after confirming with the initial service advisor that this appointment included more than just an oil change, since my oil had already been changed at 6,800 miles based on the vehicle’s maintenance indicator. My appointment was set for 7:00 a.m., and I was instructed to leave the vehicle with the key inside, which I did. After not receiving any update, I called at 9:30 a.m. and spoke with Stacey. She was rude and appeared to have no idea what was happening. She could not locate my vehicle and was unaware that I even had a 7:00 a.m. appointment. What was most frustrating is that no one contacted me when they were unable to find my vehicle at 7 am. If I had not called myself, my car likely would have sat there all day without being serviced. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of communication and organization. Because of how this situation was handled and the poor customer service I received, I will not be returning to Mastrovito Chevrolet for future service. More

He took my call at the end of the day and told me to bring my car right in first thing the next morning we would figure it out Chevrolet is top tier! They worked with the extended warranty company to take great care of everything and ease my mind.
