Frustrating that if you don’t wait for your vehicle they take walkins in front of your appointment. Even if you tell them you need it by a certain time. It took 6 hours for them to do an oil change because take walkins in front of your appointment. Even if you tell them you need it by a certain time. It took 6 hours for them to do an oil change because I wasn’t a waiter. Which makes no sense. I called and asked to take to a service manager, she was busy and said she would call me back. Wife waited almost 3 hours for oil change . Car has 27000 miles told car would need tires brakes rotors alignment for cost of $3500 in near future.
