I made the appointment weeks ago got a call the morning of service and was told we were a week past the first free oil change and tire rotation. From Eric. I had to wait a month to get an unappointment at that time I asked for inspection and oil change. When I went , I asked for a entire rotation also. I asked The girl if they checked my battery, she said, of course, they would have recommended that I change it.If there was anything wrong. That was a little over a month ago. Yesterday I got my car to go to work and my battery was dead. Did they check it?I don't think so. I don't know what has happening to the service there but it's not the same as it was. I'm totally disappointed. More

My first service was a Burnie Honda and I was disappointed to be notified that a differential service was needed but NOT covered at the cost of almost $100.
