I was the 1st customer in the service doors at 8am and only needed an oil change. Was there for almost 2 hours. I was not happy with my experience on 3/31/26. I have purchased 7 vehicles at this dealership since 1995. I kept coming back for the excellent service I received in the service department. This experience was not like my previous experiences and I don't think I will purchase my next vehicle at this dealership. More
