I was asked to bring my car in as early as possible I said the car was shaking to guy on phone when I set up appt I told him I'm sure it's tires and alignment Brought the car in 9am Said same to Eric he said the car was shaking to guy on phone when I set up appt I told him I'm sure it's tires and alignment Brought the car in 9am Said same to Eric he replies 'The car is shaking? When?' I didn't think I'd have to tell a service person 'when it's being driven' Duh!!!! He had my car all day long Got call back at 4pm telling me all 4 tires were bad and I also needed alignment So he had car all day just to tell me what was wrong and no time to fix cause dept leaves at 4pm So lame That place has gone so downhill More
