I had an appointment to get my front brakes done on 9/9/26. They started to make a little noise, so on 9/2/26 I dropped it off and decided to leave it on their lot, and get a rental for a few days. K 9/9/26. They started to make a little noise, so on 9/2/26 I dropped it off and decided to leave it on their lot, and get a rental for a few days. Kasandra was able to get me in that day. I had my car back by the end of the day. Please note, I was at work, left to drop off my car, got my rental, and went back to work. I picked up my car, returned my rental, and now have my car back. The communication was top notch considering I was at work. More

Dealership used to be excellent. Terrible customer service now - can't speak to a live person. Told you can't add service two days before since it's already in the system???
