Had my 2017 Honda CRV/Touring Model serviced on 8-16-2021. Mike Gramigna of the Service/Parts Department, a very knowledgeable computer person and one of the "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda," did ou 8-16-2021. Mike Gramigna of the Service/Parts Department, a very knowledgeable computer person and one of the "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda," did outstanding work in updating my GPS for my wife's Honda. Everyone of the other "horsemen" are always friendly and helpful whenever I enter the Service Department. COVID protocols are still followed at the dealership and is nice to see.
