I was made to feel like I was a criminal for receiving a loaner vehicle from them because I didn't purchase the vehicle from Burne Honda. On top of that the loaner was filthy. The general manager Bill should really go for training in people skills and how to talk to customers. The whole experience was terrible 10/10 would not recommend Burne Honda. More
