Took me 4 hrs to purchase a car that I did not test drive or"haggle" with the price for more than 10 minutes. At one point I sat in the lounge area for 90 minutes with no one talking to me at all. Not once did anyone follow up with me or even offer me a drink from the machine.There was only one other customer in the dealer but all the salesman were laughing and blaring are you down with OPP over the sound system. When I dated to ask why it was taking do long I was told it's not like by a gallon of milk at the store and I was also told sometimes people are here for 8 hours. Not a great experience for someone who is making a large purchase of their hard earned money. Josh was friendly but the acted like I was putting him out once he had the sale. I don't recall who did the finance I just wanted to get out of there. The person who did the finance tried to soften the wait by saying sometimes people are here for 8 hours which to me would be cause never to come back. I guess you could say my wait was HUGE!! More
