A big part of the service plan is savings on the services such as oil changes and tire rotations. However, I found out after the fact that those services are already included for free by Hyundai for 3 years/36K miles. That was not mentioned/disclosed while I was considering the service package. In hindsight that feels misleading, even if unintentional. More

On top of that, he took care of setting everything up in my vehicle and then some. He continued to answer questions I asked him days after I got my vehicle. It was so nice not having to stress about my lease ending and transitioning into my next Hyundai. I live closer to another Hyundai dealership, but I decided to stay with Matthews, because Carl made the transition seamless for me. I will recommend and return here when it's time to lease my next vehicle. More
