Good service Tire needed air when I bought the vehicle and after a week it needed air again. I called to have it checked and brought it in the following weekend. I was told it was probably a nail and how much it would cost to repair. I explained I only had the car 2 weeks and I thought it was covered. He told me I drove the car and could have picked up a nail anywhere. I explained again that the tire pressure light was on when I got the car so there was a problem then. They said they would see what they could do. In the end I ended up with a new tire and no charge. More

Some what satisfied Trying to sell me a front/back brake service that I did not need. 2016 rouge with 8.900 miles. Service needed was and oil change and to look at a nois Trying to sell me a front/back brake service that I did not need. 2016 rouge with 8.900 miles. Service needed was and oil change and to look at a noise coming from the front right area. I was told that the backing plate needed to be adjusted, which was fine, but also was recommended to have new front and rear brakes. I obviously didn’t need brakes since my rouge was also inspected during my service visit. It’s clear from the amount of miles that there is no way I need front and rear brakes. The plate was adjusted and my rouge no longer makes the noise and stops on a dime. I am very disappointed on the up sale attempt. This is my second lease from Fuccillo and rapidly closing in on needing a new lease. Do I return to Fuccillo, or maybe lease elsewhere. More
