Great salesman.. shady financial person Salesman was awesome.. found a great car for me.. then I was handed over to the finance person. i did MY homework with other banks with a great credit Salesman was awesome.. found a great car for me.. then I was handed over to the finance person. i did MY homework with other banks with a great credit score. He only used Nissan financial with almost 3% higher. Admitted he did not check other banks till I showed him the other rates I found. I felt as an older woman there by myself, that I was a pushover. What if I did not look into financing on my own? After the lower rate was established I was on my own to work out payments. All 3 banks that I checked told me that he should of made arrangements for me. That is his job! I should of walked but I loved the car & timing was important. Lesson learned More

Awesome as always It sucks cars broke down your late for work now you sitting in a tow truck headed to the dealership o what fun. But then you see it's the nissan dealership and you perk up a bit you check your car in every one is super friendly guy even says hey I should be able to diagnose it today for ya and now your like ok this day isn't so bad. Now you take an uber to work and you wait and well waits over there calling hey this is so and so and I've gone over your vehicle these are the issues and the repairs needed and it's all covered under this awesome warranty you have might even have it done today ok call me when it's ready. Now you get back to work all ready to call that uber to go home but wait there they are fucillo Nissan on the line yes sir your cars done even got in the oil change you requested. Once again fuccilo Nissan great work and thank you for not being the horror story that others have in other places. More

It took me about 10 minutes to realize that we were starting fresh. Was told over the phone that diagnosis would take a half hour. Took 1.5 hour. Mechanic ability is horrible I just had my personal mechanic change the front breaks and rotors. Had the car at Fuccillo's for work and multipoint inspection. They rated brand new I just had my personal mechanic change the front breaks and rotors. Had the car at Fuccillo's for work and multipoint inspection. They rated brand new breaks and rotors less than 24 hours old a yellow. 20 to 50 % remaining. 🤔 More
