Made my car purchase easy. Car shopping can be a bit stressful and overwhelming. I spotted the car I liked and got out to take a look. It took sometime, stress and unnecessary visits etc. When I took the re-offer to re-lease it was over what I could afford but I did accept. I took in consideration of my time and theirs but, what I did not expect and blind sided is Nissan no longer has the $500.00 lead way of minor wear and tear for like scratches etc. on new leases. They still have the 2” diameter coverage but anything over you are responsible. They offer the extra protection at your cost, Being a loyal Nissan owner for 25 years this was the first time ever. I was shocked, so now a bit over my monthly budget this would be additional cost. They did try to work with me, just not in my budget. Husband retired, not in the cards. They will offer this I just think seeing this may be new to some of us you would mention this during the sale. I did decline but, having that lead way was peace of mind. I am very happy with our new Rogue SL just wish the additional stress was not part of it. More

Liars With No Regard to Human Safety or Life We purchased a used car (a Subaru) that the dealership stated had been gone through by Subaru's service department. The car only had 46,000 miles on We purchased a used car (a Subaru) that the dealership stated had been gone through by Subaru's service department. The car only had 46,000 miles on it and was 5 years old. Problem 1: They allowed an employee (Simona Sanchez) to sit in the car on the sales lot and eat their lunch while listening to the radio. We bought the car and the next day, the battery was dead. They had Subaru replace the battery, but they performed no other diagnostics/inspections. Subaru actually stated they were never told to perform any other diagnostics even though the Nissan paperwork stated otherwise. Subaru also stated they had never had that car in their service department prior to the battery issue. We found this out when problem 2 occurred. Problem 2: We took the car to Subaru for the 50,000 mile maintenance. Subaru stated the car needed calipers, brakes, rotors, and bearings because of the rust from being a northern car. This information was never provided to us by the dealership. We took the car to our mechanic, who confirmed the details, except he stated the bearings were good, but the exhaust components would need replacing in the near future. All of this maintenance would cost around $3,000. Although the brake pads had been replaced by Nissan, they failed to replace any other IMPORTANT braking components, and after only 6 months, the front brake pads were down to 20% due to pitting caused by rust. When this was brought to the attention of Nissan, we were told "well you bought the car, it is your problem now." (Michael Lesnick said this) We also purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty that stated they would not cover any of the repairs since it was rust related. I purchased this car so my wife would have a safe, dependable car for work, and they completely ignored the safety features of the vehicle! I have never seen such disregard for human life or safety. Problem 3). After numerous phone calls and messages to the dealership, there has been no attempt to return our phone calls after 2 weeks. It took a visit to the dealership to actually talk with someone. They have lost my business, my family's business, and all my accounting clients (over 3,000 of them) will be told about this, as well as my wife's clients. More
