Bad communication turns horrible. I brought my 2014 Pathfinder in for service on July 16th for power steering lines an an AC compressor. I dropped it off the night before my appointmen I brought my 2014 Pathfinder in for service on July 16th for power steering lines an an AC compressor. I dropped it off the night before my appointment date. I had an appointment at 11am the following day. I filled out the drop box paper saying I expected the car by 5pm. I also talked to them over the phone when I made the appointment expressing that I need my car that day and they assured me it would be done. I was on my way to pick up the car at 445pm and I got a call from service that they did not even start the work yet. This was very frustrating I left the suv with them the entire day and asked why I didn't receive a call earlier. They could have called and said it wasn't going to be done way earlier than 445pm. Now they say I have a leaking coolant tube. I have never had to add any coolant. I had the car diagnostics done at your dealership 2 month prior and have not added any coolant. They said that if they have to move the tube it may start to leak more, I said that I have never had to add coolant. They did give me a loaner car. Day 2 received a call from service Thursday morning at 9am stating that the AC compressor that they put in was bad and that they had to change it again. I asked if the SUV would be done that day by 5pm they assured me it would be. I called 2 times throughout the day to check on the progress. They told me I didn't need to call they would call me when it was done. I didn't hear from them until after 5pm. They told me it was done. I could not get it until Friday because it was to late. Day 3 I went to pick up my SUV at around 430 pm. I asked them how everything was. I also asked them about the tube. The service person told me that there was a drip. I started my SUV starting backing out and I seen the biggest puddle of antifreeze I have ever seen. I looked underneath and it was pouring out. It was coming out so fast it was like I had a kitchen sink running under my SUV. The suv was practically useless. I asked why they would lie and say it was a small drip. Very unprofessional. All they had to do was remove the coolant tube as the haf the power steering lines off and I would have never had this problem. I will let everyone know the dishonesty off the service writer. I will also let people know the lack of knowledge of a technician to not remove a part that is in the way . The tech would rather man handle around something to cause more damage hoping for a bigger pay check. VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. More

"No pressure" Sales experience!! If I feel like I am being pushed to purchase a car than this is not going to end well for the salesman!
