Dishonest business I purchased a car for my daughter beginning of May. When the vehicle was purchased the tire light continued to come on. 6 weeks into owning the vehic I purchased a car for my daughter beginning of May. When the vehicle was purchased the tire light continued to come on. 6 weeks into owning the vehicle I took it to a reputable tire dealer to find out what was going on. Exact quote from tire dealer- “after reviewing the car we found that all tires to be low on tread 4 to 5 32 seconds depending on where measurement was taken on tire... on top of the low tred the more concerning issue is the fact that they are badly dry-rotting in the tred and need replacement ASAP”. I called Nissan and spoke with the service manager and was told they will do nothing for me. I then asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me I could not as he was the highest person and he does not have a supervisor. I told him I wanted to speak with a higher up and was told someone would call me and they never did. Their is no way a cars tires can dry rot in 6 weeks of ownership. Furthermore this vehicle was purchased for my young daughter that could put her at risk without replacement and their unconcern is beyond me. Their compassion for my daughters safety is none. I asked them to do the right thing by fixing this matter and they continue to ignore my complaint. I want everyone to know this is not the dealership you want to purchase a vehicle from. I will be glad to change my review if they do the right thing and step up to the plate. Until then I will continue to let everyone including reviews, social media and word of mouth be aware of our experience with them. More

Exciting and as painless as possible this visit was to turn in old lease and get another. I had questions about another model and Pete was great about taking me to see their overflow lo this visit was to turn in old lease and get another. I had questions about another model and Pete was great about taking me to see their overflow lot. He was good about explaining features with the car but I chose to stay with the Murano, it's what I had before so I knew about it. Naturally new bells and whistles after 3 yrs and Pete showed and explained what they were. Spoke with other associates while I was there. They introduced themselves and welcomed me to the "family" asked if there was anything they could do to be sure and ask....... More
