My first encounter with the service department involved se As this was my first time using the service department at fuccillo I had high expectations. My first encounter with the service department involved setting up the appointment. I wasn't happy with the person who scheduled it. She sounded like I was inconveniencing her by wanting to schedule an oil change. She gave me some misinformation about tire rotation, making sound like that would create problems for the service tech. I dreaded going to the appointment due to my encounter on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised that I really didn't need the coupon for my free oil change (the scheduler told me I did), not would it be a problem to rotate my tires. It did take about an hour to get it done. I thought the video was a silly idea as all it showed was my car with the hood up- not very informative. Will I bring my car back? Sure but only because the oil changes are free for the first 15000 miles More
