Lengthy ordeal Spent 3 to 4 hours at dealer two nights in a row to get deal done and pick car up. When initially coming in we had made an appointment with a salesperson and was told she left for the day when we arrived with no phone call or nothing. Very crude experience at best!!!!!!! More

Replacement of part under warranty Let me begin by stating that I will never set foot in this dealership again. For starters, when I pulled up to the dealership there were 5 employees l Let me begin by stating that I will never set foot in this dealership again. For starters, when I pulled up to the dealership there were 5 employees lounging around outside the front door, some on their phones, others with their feet up as if they were at a party; not exactly a good first impression (and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this). Secondly, the cream by the coffee machine was spoiled; also not the first time that’s happened. But the main reason I’m sharing this review is because of Mr. Trombley’s absolutely ridiculous response to a simple request I made to him as I was leaving the dealership. I asked him if he could quickly show me how to access the cabin air filter as I couldn’t get the cover off. He stated that he didn’t know how to do it (fair enough) so I asked if a tech could quickly show me...his sarcastic response: “Of course not, they’re busy” as if I was completely out of line. Stunned and not sure if I really heard him right I asked again only to get a similar response. At that point I exited the premises. This unprofessional response and the overall below par operation of this dealership has made it clear to me that I do not want anything to do with Fuccillo Nissan again. More
