I'm happy with the service department. I had my oil changed as part of ny new car purchase . Everyone was peasant to deal with from the Service Writers, to the shuttle drivers. The tech I had my oil changed as part of ny new car purchase . Everyone was peasant to deal with from the Service Writers, to the shuttle drivers. The tech sent a video of my car on the lift along with a narrative of his assessment. No complaints on my psrt. More

The new system they recently implemented allowed me to see exactly what the tech was working on and the issues my car had via a video they sent me. The communication was fantastic and they sent me a breakdown of the cost of the repairs and I was allowed to pick and choose what I wanted to have done. My car always comes back running great after taking it in to the maintenance shop and I won't bring my car anywhere else. I appreciate this level of service in this day and age. More

Great Service writer Andrew Trombley After my great service on my Pathfinder I left the dealership for home. Once home I found my hood latch was stuck in the open position.
