He pulled up a Rogue SV and after talking prices he then pulled up a Rogue S. After sitting down and discussing prices, he was able to get me an amazing deal on a 2019 Rogue S lease. He was able to get me car starter and AWD, which were my 2 main concerns. One thing I will say is I wish the building had their music down a tad. It was a bit loud and sometimes hard to hear Will speak. In a situation when talking about thousands of dollars to purchase/lease a car people need to be able to think and concentrate. The loud music can be distracting for others in that situation. More

If it's convenient to you use them I worked at a car dealership for 10 years, you definitely do things a lot different. Not just with the service department but how you handle sales and I worked at a car dealership for 10 years, you definitely do things a lot different. Not just with the service department but how you handle sales and customer service. From the moment I walked in bought my Kicks I've never felt like a valued customer, my salesman was only concerned about his survey, which I never received but he asked about on numerous occasions yet never inquired about the status of the car or to provide the parts my car needed. Then the service department doesn't do much better. I couldn't even tell you who my service advisor was, he just grabbed my keys and said he'd text me throughout the day. So your customer service is lacking. (I looked up his name in my text) I will say a huge thank you to the sales manager Robbie for recognizing my frustration over still not having the parts for my car after a year and taking care of it after my salesman blew me off again. The woman cashing us out was excellent too. She was apologetic even though she was not responsible for the situation. More
