9 days to "purchase" After being "approved" we had to wait 9 days for the Title to come in. In that time the Mgmt decided that my score dropped over 20 pts, the monthly p After being "approved" we had to wait 9 days for the Title to come in. In that time the Mgmt decided that my score dropped over 20 pts, the monthly payment went up over $120 x month and the finance time increased to 72 months. In reality, my score was stable, having checked it after coming home. As I backed out of this new deal the Fin Mgr then approached me 3 more times, each with a lower monthly payment but still at 72 months Unacceptable to us We felt that someone was playing with us and it was very uncomfortable. More

I live and care for my elderly father who I had to pay someone $20 and hour for 6 hours. Needless to say I was not happy doing that. We were there to lease 1 vehicle (Rogue) and purchase in cash another. It shouldn’t have taken so long. I know Eddy was new but it was just to long. More

I'm often reluctant to approve additional work but the video offered a visual of which I approved 2 of the 3. They took me in on a Saturday with a couple days notice which was convenient for my schedule. Overall, very good experience and appreciate the svc writers, Andrew and Matt. More
