Not very happy this time I went in for an oil change and to review a coolant flush that I had in December last year. The flush was not done correctly and needed to be done aga I went in for an oil change and to review a coolant flush that I had in December last year. The flush was not done correctly and needed to be done again (it was free of charge) however, I was told that I needed a new fan and a fuse for a charge of over $600. I changed the fuse at home for $4.30 and it was all working fine afterwards, even the fan...I'm very dissatisfied. I was charged $125. To tell me I needed a fuse and a new fan. Something that I shouldve been told in December. More

Disappointed It took 4 1/2 hours to lease a 2019 Nissan Rogue. I have excellent credit and had previously leased a 2016 Rogue from this dealership. My recommendation is that you mentor new salesman on how to answer questions concerning the paperwork. A salesperson should also be able to explain all the buttons to the interior of the vehicle.. I was very disappointed as my first experience in 2016 was excellent. I do not feel that this was Derick's fault. It was obvious that he lacked sufficient training. More
