Second replacement of Rogue rear hatch lock I am upset that the rear hatch lock on 2014 Rogue broke 2 tines in 14 months. I was charged over $300 to fix same both times. After second replaceme I am upset that the rear hatch lock on 2014 Rogue broke 2 tines in 14 months. I was charged over $300 to fix same both times. After second replacement I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs to complain that this part obviously has a flaw and requested reimbursement. They did in fact reimburse me for all but $100 labor charge. I then asked Fucillo dealership to reimburse me for labor charge to “make things right” for a customer whi has owned 3 Nissans over the past 8 years. They refused. I believe dealership should stand up for product they are selling. Will not go back to dealership ever again. More

first service for my leased Pathfinder - oil change/tire rot Ron greeted us when we walked in, he was professional, kindly answered my concerns regarding my Pathfinder. After the oil was changed, my tires rotate Ron greeted us when we walked in, he was professional, kindly answered my concerns regarding my Pathfinder. After the oil was changed, my tires rotated, and the outside of my Pathfinder washed, Ron took the time to walk me back to my vehicle to answer a question I had regarding the auto/lock regarding four wheel drive. I also found the waiting room to be very comfortable while I was waiting for my service on my Pathfinder. More
