Lied about car having been in an accident We went to Fuccillo Nissan in Liverpool, NY on 03/16/2019 and test drove a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The Salesperson came on the test drive with us. My son We went to Fuccillo Nissan in Liverpool, NY on 03/16/2019 and test drove a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The Salesperson came on the test drive with us. My son in law asked if the vehicle had ever been in an accident. Salesperson replied no it hadn't. Then he went on to say that the vehicle was "Certified Pre-Owned" so it couldn't have been in an accident. A few minutes into the test drive, my son in law asks the salesperson again if the vehicle had ever been in an accident. The salesperson again said no it hadn't. Son in law then said "Then what is this accident report involving this vehicle, that I just found in the glove box about?" Salesperson was speechless. Before that happened I loved how it drove and seriously was interested in buying it. They wouldn't come down in price even after the accident report incident. Add in the fact that their Kelly Blue Book piece of paper was almost $2,000 more than what we pulled up on KBB, with all the same info, and there is something fishy about this dealership. Buyer beware!! More

Read before you sign The vehicle's price was good. Dealership is comfortable and inviting. Sales rep was attentive and helpful. The finance guy adds the environmental prot The vehicle's price was good. Dealership is comfortable and inviting. Sales rep was attentive and helpful. The finance guy adds the environmental protection stuff to the paperwork and you have to ask them to take it out. In our case said he said that he would include it at no charge because we were first time customers but the cost was included in the final paperwork at the full retail price of $895. It should also be noted that when you buy the complete package it is discounted about $300 - we did not even get the advertised discount. Sneaky stuff - we felt cheated. Ruined a good buying experience for me. More
