The friendliest and most professional dealership I have ever been to! We have been searching for a particular 2020 Mazda model and simply couldn’t find one around San Francisco. I broaden the search and ever been to! We have been searching for a particular 2020 Mazda model and simply couldn’t find one around San Francisco. I broaden the search and Walsh found what we wanted at a very reasonable price at Elk Grove Mazda online. However, since we were located 1 hour and 40 minutes away I had a few questions and requested for a video tour that night. The next morning PRIOR TO STORE OPENING HOURS, David proactively sent us a professionally done video clip of our car around 8:40 am with a full narrative of the specs- We were so impressed and decided to leave earlier. When we arrived David immediately greeted us and took us for a test drive. We have been test driving other trims at other dealerships this past week but Davids knowledge of the model far surpassed anyone else. The entire process was transparent and easy. As in all purchases there was quite a lot of paperwork and David also helped us “babysit” our over energetic 4 year old for over an hour. We came home with the car we wanted and was so pleasantly surprised that we didn’t mind the distance and will most probably return when we need a new car. Thank you David! More

David Renard quickly got to work in finding a vehicle that was a great fit for us. The negotiating was surprisingly painless and we were able to get a beautiful vehicle at a great price. David is very personable and made the experience pleasant.. kind of like talking with a friend, not a salesman. David also took the time to sit down with me in the vehicle and go over a lot of the features.. this is a nice touch! The paper work involved in the finance department took 10 minutes tops which is also a huge bonus for me. Mazda of Elk Grove is an amazing dealership. More
