Taylor went above and beyond to not only help me find a car that fit my needs and budget but sat with me patiently while choosing a color. Wonderful customer service! I can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. I was a very indecisive customer, with a myriad of random questions and concer I can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. I was a very indecisive customer, with a myriad of random questions and concerns...ALL of which were patiently answered by Taylor. After taking time with me, giving me many options, Taylor never applied the stereotypical sales pressure and even "allowed" me to leave the lot to think and do additional research. As I told him when I returned, the vehicle and his professionalism ruined everything/body else. In my car search, I had visited a total of 7 dealerships, with 7 salesmen and 10 vehicles. Mazda of Elk Grove, Taylor and my brand new CX-5 beat out EVERYTHING! As a single woman in the market for a vehicle it can be intimidating, never knowing if the salesmen will try to "take advantage", or assume I have little to no knowledge about vehicles...that was NOT the case with Taylor, nor the dealership...even down to financing, where I was also treated with respect and was made to feel as part of a growing family.
