Had an appt set with John to discuss a vehicle we had see and wanted but when we got there, he was busy with other clients/ customers so Gerlie was the one, John referred to help us. She even sat in the vehicle to explain some of the features and go over what the vehicle had to offer. Very helpful as we were new owners of a brand were unfamiliar with. She did an awesome job of conversating with us making sure we were fine and if we needed any beverages or snacks. Very friendly of her and the dealership. This is the 2nd time we've dealt with Mazda elk Grove but the 1st time in purchasing a Mazda vehicle. Drove down to Elk Grove Mazda from Grizzly Flats because they had the best selection in the greater Sacramento area & I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I came in with about 2 hours to trade in my veh they had the best selection in the greater Sacramento area & I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I came in with about 2 hours to trade in my vehicle and be on my way with a new car and they made it happen and look effortless! Ratish is super friendly & made the experience so flippin easy! David made sure that I wasn't going to be breaking the bank & set me up for success! Vu was extremely efficient and breezed thru the paperwork with me so that I wouldn't be super layer to work.
