From 2004 Saab to 2019 Mazda3 I came to Elk Grove Mazda on a whim, I happened to be in the area, I was greeted by Taylor. He was very knowledgeable and friendly through out the first visit I made to Elk Grove Mazda, after test driving the Mazda3 and Mazda6 I was still on the fence about a few minor things but he presented me with quite a bit of information and quotes so I could digest them. About a week later I came back to Elk Grove Mazda and leased with intent to purchase a Mazda3. I live in Yuba City, something like an hour away with a multitude of dealerships selling and leasing Mazdas along the way. Honestly I came back to Elk Grove Mazda solely on the sales experience I had with Taylor as my consultant. More

He asked me what I was looking for and let me know someone would call me back. Garrett called and confirmed my desires and my hypothetical purchase quickly became a reality! Within hours I was on my way to pick up my new car! Garrett took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in great detail. Garrett is super personable and down to earth. He has great insight and is the type of person that could comfort anyone undertaking the daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend him! Fritz is awesome! I had the pleasure of working with him again during this purchase and am just as thrilled with his service this time as I was two years ago! More
Due Bill Accessories When I bought my new 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback on 7/5/2019 I added a few accessories. Some of the accessories like all weather mats, navigation system w When I bought my new 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback on 7/5/2019 I added a few accessories. Some of the accessories like all weather mats, navigation system were available the same day I purchased the car. The illuminated door sill plates, Clear Bra and Luxcare I had to have done at a later date. Mazda of Elk Grove called me 7/8 and I setup the install appointment for 7/17/2019. I knew they would have the car a few days but they gave me a free rental. Mazda Service department had the car at 7:00AM on Wednesday 7/17 the plan was to install the illuminated door sill plates then they had to take the car to the detail center for the rest of the items. They called me on 7/20 saying the car is ready. When I picked it up the car looked amazing inside and out. I picked it up in the afternoon on a sunny day so it was difficult to see how the door plates lite up. The Clear Bra was a smart investment because I do a lot of freeway driving and my previous car got beat up pretty bad with little dings from rocks from trucks. It's been about 6 weeks since the clear bra was installed and I've been hit with a few rocks none of them have penetrated the clear bra. I will always get the Clear Bra in the future it's the best investment I've made in a long time. The LuxCare is also amazing when I wash my car water beads up and drys with little effort and the interior leather is protected also. I haven't spilled anything but I know if I do the Luxcare warranty will cover anything that may happen to the interior and exterior. I'll know more. When I picked up my car and got it in the garage I was checking out the illuminated door sill plates and noticed right away the passenger side did not light up. I texted Freddy at Mazda Service and he did not hesitate to say to bring it back in and they will fix it. I setup the second appointment for the next week and that's when they found out the passenger door sill was not illuminating because it was defective and they would replace the entire set when they get more in stock. So on the third appointment 2 weeks later they replaced the set of door plates and I've been happy ever since. They do look amazing especially at night. I am very pleased with Mazda of Elk Grove service because it felt like they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. When maintenance is due I will always bring it to Mazda Elk Grove as I've never had an issue and they do very good work. More

Deceptive I brought my mazda with 20000 miles in for an oil leak. I had just had an oil change at an independent shop and it was determined that the gasket was I brought my mazda with 20000 miles in for an oil leak. I had just had an oil change at an independent shop and it was determined that the gasket was not changed or it was defective. The problem is when i paid my bill, i was charged $49 for checking the air pressure, as well as a regular service, which I had not asked for, nor was I told in advance. The mazda dealer told me they topped off the oil and changed the gasket, which was fine, but the extra sevice and charges were deceptive. Their shuttle service was great...just too bad their service was not...this is the 2nd time I've had a service problem with this dealership. More

He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable of the vehicle he was selling. His customer service was stupendous! He answered all of my questions and seemed to be very attentive.
