I have worked with the three agents. Jarell Boyed It was the first sales representative I contacted. We talked only by phone or email. The conversations were smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, when I visited the dealership, Jarell was not available. Therefore, I worked with another agents. Kevin Burke I did a test drive with Kevin and review several cars they have in the dealership. Everything was OK. I can just recommend Kevin to speak a bit slower. I am not a native speaker and it was hard to me to understand his fast speech. Especially, because it was about different car characteristics and terms that I am not very familiar with. Taylor Schacher I bought the car with Taylor. The price negotiation was professional. I did not feel over pressured. We agreed on the price before I got to the dealership and he prepared most of the documents in advance. My leg was injured, so he drove me to the car and back. It was nice. He explained me all the details and helped me with the docs. Even after I bought the car and left the office, he continued to reply my questions promptly. In general, it was very pleasant experience. I will be happy to work with Taylor in future. Vu Huynh was responsible for finance and signing the docs. Everything was OK. However, Vu did everything very fast. I did not feel that he explained me enough the docs that I was signing. I had to rely on the reputation of the dealership and hope that everything is OK there. More

Then after the sale, the navigation chip needed replacing. Taylor Ubered the next day; picked up the car; got the navigation chip installed; drove back; and Ubered back to the dealership. Incredible customer service. Financing with Fritz was even an enjoyable experience. He timed the process to finish when the car was ready. More

He was honest and straight forward and sold me a beautiful brand new car! Buying a car is a tedious process and I unfortunately came unprepared but that did not hinder them! WOW...never expect a superb dealing with the sales agent. We have a pre arranged visit and it is Ratish Singh who contacted us. he is very consistent on everything. We were met by him upon arriving at the dealership and the car we wanted was ready for viewing. He is not pushy and made us very comfortable. No intimidations and very straightforward. Mostly the ball is in your side. He explains everything clearly and emphasize on things you asks. We even met the company owner and he is very down to earth. We went home with brand new car that we really like. we didn't even haggle for the price since with all the discounts we got when we sit and discuss was laid down in front of us and the price we ended up was the price we are really looking for, way below than the MSRP.
