The Look in Her Eyes! I just wanted to take the time to out to thank each and every Elk Grove Mazda Staff Member who assisted us in leasing a Mazda 6 Grand Touring. My wife I just wanted to take the time to out to thank each and every Elk Grove Mazda Staff Member who assisted us in leasing a Mazda 6 Grand Touring. My wife had been involved in an auto accident where a gentleman had run a red light causing his vehicle to crash into ours and total our vehicle. My wife loved her 2015 Mazda 6 and insisted that she would like another one. Although my wife knew she needed to buy another vehicle, she wasn't excited about it. That all changed as Rachel asked all of the important questions, took time to listen to her answers and then made her the priority! The custom courtesies, professionalism, respect and total overall appreciation in handling our business was second to none.
