Best Deal and Service I woke up prepared to buy a Subaru. Then I spoke with a friend who recommended Mazda of Elk Grove and the CX-5. He said for the same price as the 20 I woke up prepared to buy a Subaru. Then I spoke with a friend who recommended Mazda of Elk Grove and the CX-5. He said for the same price as the 2016 Subaru Outback with 37k miles I can get a brand new CX-5 with a bunch of additional tech features standard. So I drive the extra hour to see if his words were valid... When I arrived I was greeted by Ratish who answered all my questions, proved my friend right and made the buying process super easy and not stressful at all. This is how car buying should be done. I am happy to give a 5 star rating and looking forward to sending my friends/family to Mazda of Elk Grove to speak with Ratish. More

I am a previous Mazda3 owner, residing i I am not willing to travel 5 hours for just anybody... and Garrett's exemplary customer service was worth it. I am a previous Mazda3 owner, residing in San Francisco. I was undecided what to do at the end of my lease...so I began weighing my options. I went directly to Elk Grove's Mazda site (because my car was previously sent by this dealership to a dealership I was dealing with the 3.5 years ago) and I figured this dealer had the largest inventory (which is true) and reasonable pricing. Once on the site, I asked for a price quote and that is how I met Garrett. He instantly made me feel comfortable that he would work to get me the best deal and no pressure sales. He explained the pros and cons of keeping my current car, and educated me on the differences and upgrades in the newer models. A couple calls later, it made more sense to get a new car. Now the question resided, did I really want to go all the way to Elk Grove to get it?? As any good and informed buyer would do, I decided to compare cars at a dealership closer to my residence. I met very nice people, who also wanted my business. In the negotiation process, Garrett stood by as a trusted adviser and asked me if the deal they were making was apples to apples with what he was offering in my car package... and it wasn't! Of course that dealership got hungry and began matching what Garrett offered initially... it would have been a no-brainer to just get that car and call it a day... but it wasn't! Garrett's attention and work to form the deal could not be undercut... I felt loyalty to give him the deal. Trust me, I do not use that word lightly... but he earned it and deserved it. He had even offered to bring me the car... but I was undecided on the color and they were the only dealer that had the last red one in stock. So here I am, driving 3-hours one way in the heart of traffic to go see him. I am also a very meticulous person and everything had to be just right. Once I got to the dealership, his manager, Yassin, introduced himself and thanked me for making the drive. Garrett made arrangements to have a baby sitter so I could take my time deciding on the color choices (which was not easy) and let me take test drives in both colors, took my photos etc. haha to help me make sure I picked the right color for me. At the end, I went with the last Soul Red Metallic! Garrett paired all my devices and navigation while Fritz handled the paperwork in a seamless and fun way. A couple hours later, I was out the door in my brand new car and traded-in my old one. I couldn't be happier with my decision and dealing with such a top notch dealer group. They understood my high demands, uncertainties and delivered (even when my window sticker disappeared, Garrett managed to order me one). I love my car and feel good about my purchase. As if that wasn't enough, Garret made himself available for those remaining questions that happen as you get familiar with the car... the transaction doesn't end once you leave the door. What more could a person ask for??? =) Thank you so much! I would recommend anyone to go directly to Garrett and this dealership without hesitation. More

Great Buying Experience! Juan was great! I only came to the dealership to show my dad the Mazda3 I was considering. I ended up leaving the dealership owing the car. Juan gave Juan was great!
