Today was simply so my boys could understand the process of looking, test-driving, and comparing cars. I was ONLY going to look. Rachel spotted us as we started to check out the used cars, and even though she had just arrived herself, made sure to answer our questions, find something that checked off all our requirements, and explained the specials they had going on. After a test drive, I was hooked, and went home with a new (not just new-to-me) car. There was humor, connection, and a whole lot of patience with questions, concerns, and learning! More

Josilyn Gil was awesome!!! My fiancé and I came in to test drive the Mazda CX-9 because we needed a car with third row seating. Not only was Josilyn extremely knowledge but she My fiancé and I came in to test drive the Mazda CX-9 because we needed a car with third row seating. So I sat down with Josilyn at Mazda of Elk Grove and she narrowed it down for me . She said “ what’s going to work best for your family “ I really thought about that because I didn’t want to get into something over the top of my head . She was very knowledgeable in this field breaking down ever inch of each vehicle I picked out . We finally came across what seemed like the perfect vehicle for me . I had no doubt that this vehicle had everything I wanted especially economically friendly . My family was in instant happy mode . She even Had my son playing PlayStation while we went through all the paperwork and to top it off she even played with him , witch I was very thankful for because there was a lot of paperwork . Overall this was the best car buying experience I’ve encountered and I can’t wait to revisit Josilyn again one day when we’re ready to upgrade or own another vehicle .
