On each visit, the service team offers a loaner car or the option to wait in-house with clean restroom facilities, comfortable chairs, and freebies (i.e. coffee, soda pop, snacks, water, WiFi). Mrs. Annielyn Manongdo is particularly diligent to ensure the coffee station and snacks are replenished as well as super efficient and friendly. Normally, buying a car can be very stressful but they made this experience a very positive one. I really appreciated their "no pressure" approach and professionalism. I also appreciated the "extras", such as the 100,000 mile warranty, free car washes, and first free oil change. I have to admit these added services will certainly bring me back to this dealership for a future car purchase. Although I had worked with Garrett who's on staff at the Mazda dealership, this dealer owns the Nissan dealership as well. I started working with Garrett when I test drove a Mazda but I also test drove a Nissan as well. I finally decided to purchase a Nissan and Garrett was professional and wonderful in assisting me with this purchase.
