Excellent service Have been having my Mazda 3 serviced at the Mazda Elk Grove dealership since I bought the car in 2016. Billy Shields was the service consultant that I Have been having my Mazda 3 serviced at the Mazda Elk Grove dealership since I bought the car in 2016. Billy Shields was the service consultant that I see or made appointments with when I need my car maintained. He always treated me like a VIP. Last week I had an emergency with a nail in one of my tires. The normal tire shops were still closed and I need to have this fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I knew the Mazda dealership was open but I didn’t have an appointment. I stopped by and told Billy of my issue and he fit me into the schedule. His kindness, professionalism and service was excellent. More

Garrett is the best Yaaaasss Garrett is truly the best he got us a great deal and my first new car! Fast and Easy! Matt made our new CX9 purchase so easy! We were shopping for a car while preparing to move across the country, and ended up buying the day before we l Matt made our new CX9 purchase so easy!
