When we sat down to sign the papers with Francisco, I kept waiting for the "you need to add this to your car or else" doomsday high pressure approach...it never came. We were deciding between this and the Honda CR-V; the way we were treated, the non aggressive approach and the deal we feel we received on the car, sealed the deal. Great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Melanie and Jaik were very friendly. I test drove the Mazda 3 Sport Melanie and she was very helpful.
